太阳成集团tyc234cc環境生态工程研究院第三屆國際青年學者環境生态雲論壇（簡稱“論壇”）拟于2021年4月29日至30日舉行。在“活力灣區、生态灣區”新時代背景下，誠邀海内外環境生态領域的優秀青年學者共聚盛宴，增進學術交流，推動國際合作，為解決國際環境生态前沿問題和推動區域社會經濟可持續發展做出積極貢獻。論壇至今已成功舉辦兩屆，來自海内外多所知名學府與科研機構的近200位優秀青年學者就環境生态領域前沿與熱點話題進行了深入研讨與交流。
一、主辦單位簡介
論壇主辦單位太阳成集团tyc234cc環境生态工程研究院（簡稱“研究院”），自2018年成立以來，已聚集一批科技領軍和創新人才，形成有國際視野的高水平科研與教學團隊，包括中國工程院院士在内的國家級高層次人才20人次；已吸引70餘名海内外優秀青年學者來院工作；招收博士、碩士研究生100餘人。研究院現有現代化實驗室場地2000餘平方米，大型科研儀器設備價值超過3000萬元。已承擔國家、省部級科研項目等90餘項；在Nature子刊、PNAS、ES&T等國際知名期刊發表論文近200篇。牽頭舉辦了“粵港澳大灣區環境生态安全與綠色發展”國際工程科技戰略高端論壇、第八屆清潔生産進展國際研讨會等國際會議。
研究院已建有大灣區城市環境安全與綠色發展教育部重點實驗室、廣東省流域水環境治理與水生态修複重點實驗室、粵港澳污染物暴露與健康聯合實驗室、廣東省“珠江人才計劃”引進創新創業團隊及南方海洋科學與工程廣東省實驗室（廣州）重大專項創新團隊。圍繞上述省部級科研平台與團隊，形成了如下特色鮮明的研究方向：

三、申請條件
1、“青年百人計劃”人才：年齡38周歲以下；博士畢業于海内外知名大學或科研院所；擁有在海内外全職從事科研工作的經驗；具有一定學術影響力并取得一系列标志性研究成果；願繼續投身于我國環境生态教學與科研事業。
2、優秀博士後人才：年齡35周歲以下；海内外知名大學或科研院所應屆博士畢業生；具有良好的發展潛力并取得一系列優秀研究成果；願緻力于我國環境生态教學與科研事業。
四、申請流程
1、請将個人簡曆以附件形式發送至ieee@gdut.edu.cn，郵件主題請注明“2021廣工環境生态論壇”。
2、報名截止時間為2021年4月18日。
3、論壇承辦方将于2021年4月21日前向受邀學者發送邀請函。
4、受邀學者于2021年4月24日前填寫回執并回複确認是否參會。
五、論壇安排
論壇于2021年4月29日至30日（北京時間）在騰訊會議線上平台舉行。論壇學術報告具體時間安排将視彙報人所在地時區情況而定。論壇将特邀院士等高層次人才與廣東省人才項目主管單位就職業規劃、人才政策、科研項目申報等進行宣講和交流。

The Announcement of the2021 IEEE GDUT Environmental and Ecological Forum for International Young Scholars
lINTRODUCTION TO FORUM
The IEEE GDUT Environmental and Ecological Forum for International Young Scholars (IEEE GDUT Forum) is hosted by Guangdong University of Technology. Forum for Young scholars aims tocreate communication platforms for global young talented scholars of environmental and ecological fields to discuss cutting-edge research spotlights, to resolve frontier academic problems and to enhance cooperation among distinct disciplines. So far, the forum has been successfully held with almost 200 outstanding young scholars from different countries and regionsin 2019 and 2020.
lACADEMIC TOPICS
The Forum welcomes participants in but not limited to the following fields: water resource, aquatic environment and ecology, pollution control and resource recovery, wetland, estuary and coastal engineering, urban/industrial planning and management, environmental pollution exposure and health, environment big data and system analysis, ocean resource and environment, environmental microbiology.
lQUALIFICATIONS FOR APPLICATION
1.Talents ofthe "Youth Hundred Talents Program":
1) In principle, age below 38;
2) Hold a PhD degree from internationally renowned universities, or work in overseas institutes;
3) Have remarkable achievements and great potential in environmental-related fields.
2. Outstanding Postdoctoral Talents
1) Age is preferred under 35 years old;
2) PhD candidate from a well-known international university or research institute;
3) With strong academic ambitions, achievements and potential in specific research areas.

lFORUM SCHEDULE
The forum will be held on April 29th, 2021 - April 30th, 2021 (Beijing time) on the Tencent online conference. The specific timetable for the forum presentations will depend on the time zone of the reporters. The topics of the forum include career planning, Talent Policy, scientific research project declaration etc.
